1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup milk
1 cup asaparagus, chopped, steamed
1 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup scallion, chopped
1 tbsp oregano
Mix ingredients and pour into quiche dish, bake on 350 for 35 minutes.
For a larger dish, substitute 9 eggs, 1 1/2 cups milk, 3/4 cup cheese.
