We're making lemonade this Friday, March 11th, at The Inn at Sugar Hollow Farm, figuratively speaking (but, if you have your heart set on it, I could make actual lemonade I suppose). A peculiar thing has occurred: we have several folks staying with us on Saturday and Sunday nights (which is good) rather than the usual Friday and Saturday bookings. As such, we are pretty much wide open on Friday night (which is not so good). So, as the old saying goes, when life hands you lemons, make lemonade! Now, you may be asking yourself "how are you gonna make lemonade from those lemons?" Well, I'm glad you asked. You see, I've talked Hayden into making some of her famous brownies on Friday (I know, I know, that's not very hard to do) and. . . AND. . . I've talked Dick into offering 20% off of every room - yes, that's right, EVERY ROOM - this Friday for one night only (trust me, it was a lot easier to talk Hayden into making brownies).
