At Mas, our most famous tapas eatery try their Solomillo de Kobe (thinly sliced kobe beef served very rare with manchego cheese and white truffle oil over arugula), with a pitcher of their signature sangria, of course -- mmmm, good! If Asian fusion is your preference then Bang! will be your first choice. For fine dining, the C&O restaurant consistently rates highly among the favorites. It has long defined upscale eating in Charlottesville.
